1. Data controller

Mxrpost Crowdlending, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Mxrpost"), with registered address at Av. Insurgentes Sur 1602, floor 8, Col. Credito Constructor, Benito Juarez, 03940, Mexico City, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect the following personal data when you subscribe to our newsletter: full name, email address and IP address. When you decide to invest through our platform, we additionally collect identification data (INE), CURP, RFC, proof of address, occupation, source of funds and bank data (CLABE), in accordance with the SHCP anti-money laundering rules (LFPIORPI).

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data will be processed for the following primary purposes: (i) sending you information on real estate crowdlending opportunities; (ii) managing your onboarding as a user and investor; (iii) complying with legal obligations regarding money laundering prevention; (iv) executing mortgage-backed loan agreements. Secondary purposes: marketing communications, satisfaction surveys and statistical analysis.

4. ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel and Object (ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data, and to revoke consent. To exercise these rights please send a request to privacidad@mxrpost.com attaching a copy of your official ID. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days pursuant to Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.

5. Transfers

Your data may be transferred, without requiring your consent, to competent authorities (SAT, SHCP, CNBV, UIF), to the trustee institution that manages the guarantee trusts (Banco CIBanco S.A.), and to technology providers located in Mexico and the United States with whom we have signed confidentiality agreements.
